COSTS

• Tuition: Student responsible for 6 hours approximately $700*

Included in program cost:
• Round-trip airfare
• Excursions, including all transportation within France
• Housing
• Breakfasts and evening meals
• Tuition at the Institut de Touraine
• All classroom materials (excluding courses taught by UWG faculty)
• Insurance

OTHER EXPENSES
You will be responsible for lunches, personal entertainment and other purchases, and fees associated with your passport, and if necessary, any other required travel documents such as a visa. Apply for a passport no later than January 1.

All students traveling to France are required to obtain a US Passport. This process takes 8-10 weeks for completion. All applicants should apply for their passport no later than January 31, 2008. The US passport agency is currently under SEVERE backlog, and passport can take up to 12 weeks to arrive.

FINANCIAL AID
Financial aid and scholarship support may be available through your home institution. See your institution’s Financial Aid Office and International Programs Office for more information.

APPLICATION AND DEPOSIT
Deadline: February 15, 2008
Applications must be submitted with a $300 deposit. Upon acceptance, the payment schedule is as follows: $2,550 due March 3, full balance (remaining $2,550) due April 1. After each payment deadline, no refund will be made for withdrawal from the program. All reimbursements before each date must be made in writing.

Space is limited and early applications receive priority.
