CLASSES & CREDITS

• Students enrolled in this program may receive 6 semester hours toward their major or minor to satisfy their language requirement.

• Intermediate or advanced students may receive 3 additional credit hours.

• Beginning and intermediate students may take Beginning French II, Intermediate French I and/or II, and French Conversation and Composition.

• Advanced students may choose from a variety of courses including Advanced Language Skills, Translation (upon placement), French Civilization, Topics in French Literature, and Topics in French Culture (the last two are taught by University of West Georgia faculty).

• Graduate students may also review their language skills by taking the same courses for graduate credit.

• Teachers seeking graduate credits may continue their education by enrolling in a special four-week, 6 credit program designed specifically for high school teachers offered at the Institut de Touraine. For more information, contact the program director.
