* Rules of the game:
- There are now two groups of players.
- The "Gibson Group" is made of players who consistently scored in the top 25th percentile for each previous game. Players must maintain scoring levels in the top 25% to remain in the Gibson Group from game to game.
- The "Epiphone Group" is made of players who scored below the top 25th percentile of the preceding game. Scoring in the top 25% (relative to the highest scorer in the Gibson Group), they will be automatically advanced to the Gibson Group at the beginning of the next game.
- Highest score in each group after 20 days of play wins! In the case of a true tie, there will be a tiebreaker.
- There are two scores for each lick posted: Song Title and Artist. Each one of those is worth 50 points if answered correctly. However, incorrect answers will result in a subtraction of 30 points each. This way you can still get credit for partially correct answers.
- You are NO LONGER required to answer both parts. Just say what ya know.
- Example 1 - both answers are correct = 100 points.
- Example 2 - one answer is correct, one is incorrect = (50 minus 30) = 20 points.
- Example 3 - both answers are incorrect = minus 60 points.
- There may be an occasion when you're so close (but not quite) to the correct answer you can get half credit. So instead of 50 points, you might be awarded 25.
- You don't win a prize - just bragging rights.
- Most of all - have fun!
