Carrollton Kiwanis pledges $25,000 for concession stand
July 3, 2007 -
David Parkman (center), chair of the Stadium Development Committee,
is surrounded by Richard Dixon, president, and other officers of the
Kiwanis Club of Carrollton as the civic club presented a $25,000 pledge
to the campaign to build a West Georgia stadium.
The gift is for the naming rights to one of the two home-side concession stands. Kiwanis is the first civic club to make a donation to the stadium project.
“We certainly appreciate this most generous gift from the Kiwanis Club,” Parkman said. “They have always been very supportive of projects that benefit Carrollton and the entire west Georgia area.”
