"Brotherhood,
diversity, athletics, and scholarship", these are the things
you will hear from a fraternity brother. These things hold true
for any fraternity on campus. To see what makes the chapters different
from each other, one needs only to look at its integrity and character
set forth by its active members.
Alpha Tau Omega has a very active role on campus and in the community.
Over the last few years, brothers have been taking leadership roles
in various campus organizations. Brothers have also raised thousands
of dollars for nonprofit organizations by compiling thousands of
hours of community service.
Alpha Tau Omega is always looking for new members. The important
thing that we recognize is that being in a fraternity is a two-way
street. Not only do we see what someone can offer us, we see what
we can offer them. We look for men who are self-confident, maintain
sound ethics, and have strong morals. By joining ATO individuals
will gain a positive network of friends who will help them out through
out their college career. At a local level, members of Alpha Tau
Omega enjoy benefits such as road trips, intramural teams, and socials
with sororities. At a national level members are offered leadership
conferences and development programs, discounts through IBM and
Kaplan, career placement opportunities, over $250,000 in scholarships,
and a common bond with more than 181,000 initiates over the world.
