National Order of Omega Website
The Order of Omega is a national leadership honor society for
members of Greek-letter social organizations. To be eligible for
membership,
a student must be a junior or senior, rank academically above the
all-Greek system average, be in good standing with their fraternal
organization, and must have completed one full academic year of
residence at West Georgia. The total number of students selected
for membership each year may not exceed 3% of the total number
of enrolled full-time Greek undergraduates at the beginning of
the
year. Applicants are evaluated in the area of scholarship, awards
and honors, Greek involvement, campus involvement and community
and institutional service. Applications are made available to all
Greek-letter social organizations each semester.
