1) Complete the Student
Organization Registration packet (.doc) and include
the following:
- a University P.O. Box in the organization name
- an email address (for the president or organization)
- a University advisor (full-time faculty or professional staff)
- a Constitution (organization governing document)
- a list of members (at least 5)
2) Attend a brief information meeting.
3) Contact us if you need help with any of the above.
