I am married to Robert Ogletree. We met in college and fell in love at first sight. On August 13th of this year we were married 25 years! |
Mother
of Thomas
After twelve years of marriage, Robert and I had a baby boy, which we named Thomas. He put a whole different spin on how we viewed life and it has never been the same since. Thomas is 13 years old, 6’2” tall and has size 15 feet! He loves sports of any kind and does well at them all. He is an 8th grader at Central Middle School in Carrollton, GA.

Aunt
of Whitney
The best birthday present I ever got was the
birth of my niece, Whitney. She was born one day after my 30th birthday
and is very special to me. She and Thomas are both only children and have
been raised like brother and sister. Many people think they are twins.
She is very good at basketball and cheerleading.

One of my favorite things to do is in the entire world is to swim with manatees. It is a humbling and mystical experience to be surrounded by 3000 lb. creatures that have no enemies. I take school and adult groups to Crystal River, FL to teach about manatees. The highlight of the trip is swimming with these wonderful creatures.

Admirer
of Flamingos
I have two big plastic yard flamingos perched
in my office windows. They always remind me to think differently
and to remember that nothing is as it appears to be.

I started collecting PEZ dispensers around 4 years ago. I have around 500
PEZ in my collection and have no clue why I chose to collect them…except
they make me smile |
Farm
Owner
I live on a farm in Carrollton. It is located
on Oak Mountain and has 150 acres of beautiful hardwoods and pastures.
It has been in the Ogletree for over 100 years and has been a working cattle
farm for the last 50 years.
This October 2002 the Georgia Agriculture
Department and the State Legislature honored the Ogletree farm as a Centennial
Family Farm.
