UWG students rate ARA Food Service February 7, 2005
The 827 participants in the survey rated UWG’s ARAMARK Campus Services on a scale of one to seven, with one a poor score and seven an excellent score. The survey is taken once each semester, said Director of Food Services Tony C. Hall. “This is the first year that we did this survey in this format,” Hall said. “To my knowledge, this was the highest number of responses we have ever had. We scored higher than the national average in virtually every category at every location on campus.” In addition, Shelia Adjekuko of Suwanee was the winner of a round trip domestic U.S. airline ticket and Dr. Heather Mbaye, assistant professor of Political Science, was the winner of a gift basket in a random drawing of survey participants. Surveys were taken in the Real Food On Campus (RFOC) in the Food Services Building, the Center Food Court and the C1 Convenience Store in the University Campus Center (UCC). Participants rated food services on overall service (5.35), cleanliness (5.47), convenience (5.27) and atmosphere (5.48). -30- |
