Mardi Gras of Majors

CARROLLTON, GA - The University of West Georgia’s EXCEL Center for Academic Success will hold its seventh annual Mardi Gras of Majors, formerly known as the Festival of Majors, Tuesday, Feb. 28, from 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Technology-enhanced Learning Center (TLC).
Deciding on a major can be one of the most difficult decisions that a college student can make. To help students make this important decision, representatives from each academic department will be available to offer advice and information. Students will learn about curriculum requirements as well as information on the different departments.
The EXCEL Center has changed the name of the event to Mardi Gras of Majors to spice up the fun. Prizes and refreshments will be available.
Mardi Gras of Majors is open to all students including students
who already have a major.
