Career Services to hold Job Expo

CARROLLTON, GA - The Department of Career Services at the University of West Georgia will hold the 2003 Job Expo in the Food Service Building on Wednesday, April 16, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Job Expo is an annual spring event designed to help current UWG students and alumni find co-op/intern positions, summer jobs or career employment.
Recruiting organizations in the past have included city, county, state and federal governmental entities; corporations recruiting on a local, state, regional and national basis, and non-profit organizations such as camps and resorts.
A selection of recruiters committed to participating in the 2003 Job Expo includes: American Pool, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Eckerd Corporation, Harley-Davidson Talladega Test Facility, Inner Harbour, the Internal Revenue Service, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Camp Wesley, Decatur Recreation Department, Tanner Health Center, Murphy Harpst Children’s Centers, UPS, National Bank and Wells Fargo.

Participants should dress professionally and bring résumés. There is no cost to students or alumni.
