March 9, 2005

CARROLLTON, GA - The 2005 NCAA South Regional Tournament will be held at the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, AL and the University of West Georgia Men’s Braves Basketball team will be there.

The West Georgia Braves lost in the semifinals of the Gulf South Conference tournament to Delta State, but a stellar regular season garnered a spot in the NCAA South Regional. The Braves are 23-6 on the season and ranked fourth in the region.

West Georgia will play Central Arkansas on Saturday, March 12, at 12 noon CST. Ticket prices are $3 for students with ID, $7 for general admission.
