CARROLLTON, GA - Rachel Mack, president of the Student Honors Council at the University of West Georgia, presents Dr. Andy Leavitt, associate professor of chemistry, with the Professor of the Year Award. The recipient of this award is selected each year by the students enrolled in Honors level courses.
