UWG Student named to Intern Program April 25, 2005 CARROLLTON, GA - Josh Johnson, a political science major at the University of West Georgia, is one of only 10 students from the U.S. to be named to the E. Fleming Mason Memorial Intern Program. This program, sponsored by the Kappa Alpha Order (fraternity), provides an opportunity for undergraduates to gain professional work experience while living in the Washington, D.C. area. This internship opportunity is only available to members of Kappa Alpha. Johnson, a native of Cartersville, plans on attending law school following graduation in December. He has been a Kappa Alpha for four years and is currently serving as president. Johnson is also president of the Order of Omega, and a member of the national honors societies Pi Sigma Alpha and Omicron Delta Kappa.
