UWG honors 2005 Retirees

CARROLLTON,
GA - Retiring faculty members at the University of West Georgia were recently
honored at a tea proceeding the spring faculty meeting. Among those retiring
are:
(l-r) Mary Erickson, associate professor of nursing, 30 years; Dr. Nancy
Pollard, professor of special education and speech language pathology,
29 years; Dr. George Rolle, professor of counseling and educational psychology,
21 years; Cameron Covert, professor of art, 34 years; and Dr. Carl Quertermus,
professor of biology, 33 years. Other retirees (not pictured) include
Dr. Joel Auble, associate professor of philosophy, 34 years; Bruce Bobick,
professor of art and department chair, 29 years; Dr. Charles Lopeman,
associate professor of political science and planning, 11 years; and Dr.
Richard Sanders, assistant professor of geosciences, 31 years.
