Request for your old West Georgia stories and photos

CARROLLTON, GA - Do you have a history with the University of West Georgia? Perhaps you were a student or a member of the faculty. Maybe you worked on campus or a member of your family did. The UWG Centennial Celebration Steering Committee is looking for your stories!
Christy Sammon, chair of the alumni events sub-committee, is requesting photos and stories from friends of the university about their time at UWG. The committee will be using these in a variety of ways including a power point presentation that will be shown during the alumni centennial event. The stories may also be compiled into a book for distribution during the celebration.
Please contact Sammon with your information via email at sammon@charter.net or mail them to her attention to 221 Central Heights Drive, Carrollton, GA 30116. All photos will be scanned and returned in their original form.
