Dreamweaver™ Course Offered

July 10, 2003

CARROLLTON, GA - If you’re looking for a way to increase the sophistication of your web site, an upcoming University of West Georgia Newnan Center continuing education class on Dreamweaver software could be the solution you’re seeking.

Designed to create multimedia-rich web pages, Dreamweaver from Macromedia offers more advanced features than the FrontPage web design software that comes with the Microsoft Office Professional Suite. It also offers stronger site-management tools.

In UWG’s six-hour Dreamweaver class, participants will create a web site, set the home page, add links, format text, insert graphics and work with tables and frames. The class will be offered on Tuesday, Aug. 12, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the University’s Newnan Center in Newnan. The cost is $95.

Dreamweaver offers user-friendly, intuitive screens that make it easy to create a professional web site, but participants should be comfortable with basic computer skills to get the most out of this class.

For more information or to register, visit the UWG Department of Continuing Education web site at http://uwgagenda.westga.edu or call the department at 770-836-6611.
