Financial Planning course offered September 10, 2004 CARROLLTON, GA - Everyone needs to plan for tomorrow, and planning for a secure financial future isn’t easy. Luckily, there are steps you can take to utilize your assets more efficiently at every income level. If you’re looking for help developing well-defined goals and mapping out appropriate strategies for turning your dreams into reality, the “Financial Planning” course offered by the University of West Georgia Department of Continuing Education could be the answer. Led by local industry experts, the six-week course will cover such topics as CDs, stocks and bonds, mutual funds, investments and tax-deferred savings. Classes will be held at the UWG Newnan Center in Newnan on Monday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m. beginning Sept. 27.
