German Film Series

CARROLLTON, GA - The Department of Foreign Languages at the University of West Georgia will show the second film in this semester’s German Film Series, “The Legend of Rita” on Oct. 12, at 8 p.m., in the Technology-enhanced Learning Center (TLC), room 1303.
“The Legend of Rita” is the story of Rita Vogt,
a radical West German terrorist who settles in East Germany with a new
identity courtesy of the East German secret service. After Germany is
reunited as one country, she lives in constant fear of being exposed.
“Run Lola Run,” the next film in the series, will be shown
Nov. 16, at 8 p.m. in the TLC, room 1303.
