October 7, 2003

CARROLLTON, GA - The University of West Georgia’s 18th annual Run for A DAY raised over $5,000 and more than 700 people registered for the One Mile Walk/Run and the 5K, both sponsored by West Georgia National Bank (WGNB).

More than 35 tots ranging from 2-4 years old trotted their way to the finish line for the third annual Tot Trot. After crossing the finish line each received a goody bag filled with treats provided by Kids Kountry, Dairy Queen, TCBY/Blimpie and Wendy’s.
