Blood Drive Scheduled

CARROLLTON, GA - It’s not quite the season of giving yet, but the University of West Georgia is asking everyone to donate blood at the American Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Rooms 204, 205 and 206 of the University Community Center.

The blood drive is being sponsored by the Student Activities Office, and a large turnout is expected this year.

“All students, faculty and members of the community are encouraged to help us meet our goal,” said Shirley Barclay, staff assistant for student activities.
