Office of Institutional Research & Planning awarded

CARROLLTON, GA - The Office of Institutional Research and Planning recently received an award recognizing them for their work throughout the two-year SACS accreditation process. Dr. Beheruz Sethna (center), UWG president, presented the award to (l-r) Tara Pearson, Elaine Nugent, Dr. Andrew Luna and Erma Shooks. "We were both surprised and happy to receive this award," said Luna, director of IRP. "While my staff worked tirelessly on the Annual Report process, the SACS web page, and collecting the volumes of documentation for the review, we could not have done so without the support and cooperation of the entire University community. The SACS process was truly a UWG team effort."
