Southern Baking Traditions

CARROLLTON,
GA - The University of West Georgia Center for Public History exhibit
— Cornbread and Biscuits: Southern Baking Traditions is now on display
at the Irvine Ingram Library on the UWG campus. Dr. Ann McCleary, director
of UWG Center for Public History, said that the exhibit may be loaned
for a three-to-four week period, depending on the touring schedule. The
traveling exhibit, made possible from funding from the Georgia Humanities
Council, is available for schools, libraries, churches and civic organizations.
