RCOB hosts Executive-in-Residence

CARROLLTON, GA - The Richards College of Business at the University of West Georgia hosted W. Gene Winters as an Executive in Residence for a day.
Winters, a CPA and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for the Regency Hospital Company, is a financial leader in the hospital field. At age 24, Winters worked as the youngest hospital CFO ever in the prestigious Hospital Corporation of America.
His company, RHC, is the second fastest growing company in Atlanta and one of the best companies in Atlanta to work for, according to a 2005 Atlanta Business Chronicle report.
Winters participated in five classes and spoke on topics ranging from the “Legal and Ethical Environment of Business” to “New Ventures Management.”
He finished the residency dining with UWG President Beheruz N. Sethna, Vice-President of Academic Affairs Dr. Thomas Hynes and Dr. Faye McIntyre, Dean and Sewell Chair of Private Enterprise of the Richards College of Business.
