Financing Information
A Greek Village fee will be charged to all members of a social Greek organization with a house in the Greek Village. The Greek Village fee covers the cost of house common areas within each house (chapter room, kitchen, laundry, etc.) and Village common areas (community building, recreational spaces, etc.). The fee provides card access for non-resident members to enter the house.
Individual Contracts
Members residing in the chapter house will sign 10-month contracts with UWG, paying rent directly to the university as students who live in residence hall do. Two-month summer contracts will also be available.
Private/single rooms are estimated to cost: $2,375 per semester (fall and spring) and double rooms $2,175 per semester.
Included in that rent is:
- a furnished room,
- ALL utilities (electricity, water, cable, phone and internet)
- a parking place in the Village's gated lot .
Individual applications and contracts for 2009-2010 will be available in Spring 2009.
