Everything is new for the Wolves this fall. A new football coaching staff, headed by Daryl Dickey, is at the helm. There is also a major influx of new players on both sides of the ball and will will try to erase the disappointment of last season’s 2-9 record.

The Princeton Review has recognized the University of West Georgia as a Best Southeastern College for the year 2009. The recognition marks the sixth consecutive year that UWG has been awarded the prestigious listing.

Art Faculty Show Off Their Talents

Faculty in the Department of Art kicked off the fall semester at UWG with their Annual Faculty Exhibition that began on Friday, August 15. A reception is scheduled on Thursday, Aug. 21, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the lobby of the Humanities Building. The exhibit and reception are free and the community is invited to attend.
