Data Analysis and Evaluation Methods
Students will receive training in applying statistical and qualitative research techniques to analyze and provide feedback on programs in a variety of governmental and non-governmental arenas.
Integrative Health Studies
Combining the strengths of conventional and alternative systems of healing, integrative health is an exciting field for students preparing for clinical licensure as well as health care professionals who are already licensed. The mission of the Integrative Health Studies (IHS) Certification is to facilitate the development of leadership in integrative health by providing a solid theoretical foundation and an introduction to best practices of mind-body medicine.
Nonprofit Management and Community Development
For those already employed in the non-profit sector or wishing to switch career directions, our certificate offer an opportunity for additional training through courses on grant-writing, program evaluation, and data analysis techniques (quantitative and qualitative).
The Public Administration Program at the University of West Georgia offers a course of study leading to a Graduate Certificate in Public Management (GCPM).
