We are now heading into our third Leadership Development Retreat, November 7 (see agenda attached). Our two previous retreats have focused largely on the ideology, methodology, and philosophy behind developing a culture of engagement and evidence-based leadership. We've also modeled goal setting, planning, implementation of strategic initiatives, and individual leadership development.
The November retreat will continue focus on individual leadership development and implementation by equipping leaders with specific, usable tools in the areas of goal setting, strategic planning, assessment and continuous improvement. We'll also follow up on the RPG discussions from the August meeting and provide updates from the cross-mentoring groups. Finally, we will take most of the second half of the day to tackle difficult dialogues and conversations as leaders. We think this will be our most workshop, hands-on retreat yet and I look forward to seeing you there!
