The Financial Aid Office and Office of the Registrar combined to create the UWG Enrollment Services Center. ESC is the first stop to answer questions about registration, financial aid and student billing.

The Office of Financial Aid works with a variety of federal, state and institutional loans, grants, scholarships and work programs and provide information and assistance to students, their parents or sponsors and secondary school personnel.

Located in the Ingram Library, the Lactation Room is a discrete and clean area for parents and caretakers to care for infants and toddlers.

Registrar
Located in Parker Hall
The Registrar's Office is responsible for a multitude of tasks including maintenance of the student academic records, management of the Banner course catalog, schedule and registration, evaluation of transfer credits for new and continuing undergraduate students, monitoring the academic progress of candidates for undergraduate degrees and offer support and advice regarding academic policies and procedures.
