Information Systems Graduates' Evaluation of Their IS Curricula

A study of graduates of information systems (IS) programs collected data on the coursework they took in their academic programs, and how well that coursework prepared them for their careers. Comparisons were made between 1996 survey data and data from a similar survey of the same population taken in 1990. The results suggest that in general, IS curricula are changing to meet the needs of the marketplace, although some unexpected results were revealed as well.
