What is the Scoop?

The Scoop is a collection of calendars and other important information related to registration, courses, fees, and schedules.  

New and returning students will find The Scoop to be an extremely valuable resource of information and helpful links.

The Registrar's Office is located in Parker Hall.  Parker Hall is located directly behind Mandeville Hall which is on Front Campus Drive.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Dec 7 - Last Day of Fall Classes

Dec 8-14 - Final Examinations. See Exam Schedule for details

Dec 15 - Fall Graduation (time & details to be announced)

Dec 16 - Fee Payment Deadline. Please visit the Bursar’s website for additional information.

Dec 16-20 - Registration goes down at midnight December 16th for internal processing. No adjustments can be made to registration during this period. Registration reopens at 8:00 am on December 20th.

Dec 17 - Grades due by 12:00 (noon); Spring 2019 Fee Payment Deadline. Please see the Bursar's website for additional information.

Jan 5 - Spring (non-eCore) classes begin 

Jan 5-9 - Open Drop - (non-eCore); drop ends at 11:59 pm January 9th

Jan 5-10 - Open Add - (non-eCore); add ends, at 11:59 pm January 10th 

Jan 9 - Open Drop ends at 11:59 pm

Jan 10 - Open Add ends at 11:59 pm

Jan 11 - Fee Payment Deadline. Please visit the Bursar’s website for additional information 

Jan 11 - Withdrawal "W" period begins for Full Term (non-eCore)-16 week courses. Students who withdraw from a Full Term (non-eCore) class between January 11th and February 27th will receive a grade of W. Reminder there is no refund associated with withdrawing from a course.

Jan 11 - Last day to apply for Tuition Differential Waivers for Spring 2019. The waiver application and all supporting documents must be received in the Registrar’s Office by 5:00 pm
