The Housing and Residence Life program at the University of West Georgia is dedicated to assist students in their overall personal development while providing clean, comfortable housing to all our residents. ResSTAR – Students Together Assisting Residents
ResSTAR is a 24-hour service desk for residential students. Whenever residential students need to connect hall duty staff for assistance, the ResSTAR desk can connect them with the resources needed. You can call the ResSTAR desk at (678) 839-4718 or from any campus phone by dialing 9-4718. The ResSTAR receptionist will dispatch staff to assist with issues such as lock outs, noise complaints, or maintenance concerns. For emergency situations requiring fire, police, or medical response, residential students should call University Police at (678) 839-6000 or 9-6000 from any campus phone.
