FAQs

Attendees can bring in one clear bag, either a one-gallon freezer-style bag or a 12'' x 6" x 12" bag, along with a small clutch. The larger clear bag must be made of clear PVC vinyl that is easily searchable. The small clutch, not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5", provides privacy for small personal items and is easily searchable.

Yes. Binoculars, smartphones, cameras, laptops/tablets are permitted if not in their case/bag. This requirement does not limit items that attendees typically bring to events, but only pertains to the container used to transport these items.

Attendees with non-approved bags may either transfer the contents of the non-approved bag into a clear bag or return their non-approved bag to their vehicle before entry. You cannot place the entire non-permissible bag inside a clear bag. Items in clear bags should be loose.

No. Attendees are urged to leave non-approved bags and items at home or in their vehicle. Bags and items left near the entrance of an event/venue will be discarded.

Bags required for medical reasons, media, and credentialed staff are allowed. Diaper bags and seat backs/cushions containing zipper compartments/pockets/pouches are also permitted. These exceptions are subject to proper inspection.

No. Small clutch purses, measuring no larger than 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, are allowed, in addition to either the 12" x 6" x 12" clear tote bags or the one-gallon freezer-style bags. This allows attendees to carry the same items as in previous years.

No. Backpacks, regardless of clear or non-clear and size, are not permitted.

No. The only non-clear bags allowed are small clutches not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5". Clutches, purses, and wallets larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are prohibited. Loose items may be transferred to an approved bag for entry, but you cannot place the entire non-permissible bag inside a clear bag.

No. We restrict only the type of bags allowed inside an event/venue, not the usual items you carry. Therefore, you can keep items like keys, makeup, feminine products, combs, phones, wallets, credit cards, etc., in your pockets or jacket if you prefer to use something other than a clear bag or clutch.

Additionally, you can hold items like a blanket, binoculars, or a camera without a case over your arms or around your neck. The clear bag and clutch can be used for carrying other loose items. You will continue to have the flexibility to bring a wide variety of approved items to events.
