The richards edge career readiness program
The Richards EDGE is a career readiness badging program designed to give Richards College of Business students a competitive advantage. Through intentional co-curricular experiences aligned with eight career readiness competencies endorsed by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), students will build essential professional skills across their college journey.
HOW IT WORKS?
Each year, complete 4 activities from a thoughtfully selected menu aligned with specific career readiness competencies:
Level 1: EXPLORE - Self-awareness, career options, campus resources, involvement
Level 2: DEVELOP - Skill-building through practice and engagement
Level 3: GROW - Application of skills through leadership and experience
Level 4: EXCEL - Synthesis and readiness to transition to career
