The richards edge career readiness program

The Richards EDGE is a career readiness badging program designed to give Richards College of Business students a competitive advantage. Through intentional co-curricular experiences aligned with eight career readiness competencies endorsed by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), students will build essential professional skills across their college journey.

HOW IT WORKS?

Each year, complete 4 activities from a thoughtfully selected menu aligned with specific career readiness competencies:

Level 1: EXPLORE - Self-awareness, career options, campus resources, involvement

Level 2: DEVELOP - Skill-building through practice and engagement

Level 3: GROW - Application of skills through leadership and experience
