Keynote Speaker and Workshop Leader: Dr. Mark Linsky, Program Specialist for World Languages at the Georgia Department of Education — With expertise in multilingual education, Dr. Linsky supports language acquisition, dual language immersion, and professional development for educations.
In addition to giving the keynote, Dr. Linksy will lead a workshop guiding you through successful implementation of The Georgia International Skills Diploma Seal and The Georgia Seal of Biliteracy.
