Description

In this intensive skills workshop, you will explore the communicative and expressive potential of lighting and exposure on the moving image. Through a working process you will learn to consider how deliberate image-making strategies related to the quality, quantity, color, and direction of lighting as well as elements of exposure are used to deliver narrative information, generate character identification, establish mood, and produce intended experiences and meanings for viewers across a broad array of audio-visual media.
