Description
This course provides a comprehensive exploration of instructional design and technology with a particular emphasis on accessibility, assistive technologies, and inclusive digital learning environments. Students begin by examining the historical and theoretical foundations of the field, gaining perspective on how instructional technology has evolved and how current practices are shaped by foundational scholarship. Building on this base, the course introduces a wide range of technology tools including emerging assistive technologies and guides students in evaluating and selecting tools that align with learner needs, instructional goals, and accessibility requirements.
