Students in the Georgia Scholars Institute Summer Program have the opportunity to experience the independence and responsibility of college life by living on campus during the 4-week program.  

Students will reside in The Oaks Residential Hall. The Oaks is a traditional first-year residence hall that’s also home to the Honors Living-Learning Community.  The Residential program includes the following:

  • Housing and meal plans are included in program cost
  • Controlled access to building entry
  • Double Occupancy room
  • Select your own roommate
  • Supervision, academic support, and social activities provided by Resident Assistants who are current UWG Honors College Students
  • Meal plan that allows for up to three meals per day
