Accelerated Bachelor's to Master's Degree
Level Up Your Degree—Faster and Smarter!
Start graduate coursework while completing your bachelor’s degree through UWG’s Accelerated Bachelor’s to Master’s (ABM) Pathway. Earn up to 12 graduate credits that count toward both degrees, saving you time and tuition.
With ABM, you’ll fast-track your master’s, reduce tuition costs, and step into graduate-level opportunities while you’re still an undergraduate.
Two Flexible Pathways to Fit Your Goals!
The ABM Pathway makes your education more flexible by letting you combine bachelor’s and master’s coursework.
There are two ways you can use ABM:
Continue in Your Field
Deepen your expertise in the same subject area.
Example:
-
BS in Computer → MS in Applied Computer Science
- BBA in Markerting → MBA
Branch into a New Field
Use your bachelor’s as a foundation to explore a new area.
Example:
-
BA in Psychology → MS in Applied Business Analytics
- BA in Philosophy → MS in Cybersecurity
How it Works
- You’ll work with the Graduate School and your advisor to choose the graduate courses that fit your goals.
- Up to 12 credit hours can count toward both degrees.
Are you eligible
You may qualify for ABM if you’ve:
- Completed 75+ credit hours toward your bachelor’s
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at UWG
- Maintained a 3.2 GPA or higher
Some graduate programs may have additional requirements. We will guide you through the details.
