Description

Concepts of altered health states introduces the learner to pathophysiology disruptions in the normal body functioning in individuals across the lifespan. Objective and subjective manifestations of common health problems resulting from the environmental, genetic, and stress-related maladaptations are assessed and analyzed. Emphasis is placed on assessment findings, diagnostic testing, and interventions for specific health problems are discussed.
