Please join us for exciting and informative panel discussions on how to make the best choices as you pursue your media career. The topics for this year's panels will be Making the Most of My College Experience and Career Success in an Evolving Media Landscape.

Making the Most of My College Experience:

Students will hear diverse perspectives about what they must do now to prepare for life after graduation. They will hear from recent graduates, a graduate succeeding in their career, and an established professional and entrepreneur in executive roles. Panelists will address the need for internships, campus media involvement, mentoring, and educational choices.

Career Success in an Evolving Media Landscape:

Often a person has training and education in one of our concentrations but moves beyond that area because of how media evolves. Someone with a journalism focus doesn't only work for newspapers. A person with a film degree can make more than movies. Panelists selected for the second panel have taken their training and education and used it in creative and entrepreneurial ways that embraced the evolution of media and communication. This panel will show our students how they can dream big.
