The Work Information Center is where all facility related maintenance requests are received and processed.

Our maintenance teams and staff are dedicated to the upkeep and sustainability of all UWG facilities.

Please follow the instructions below for submitting a maintenance request.

 

How to submit a maintenance request

Please submit a maintenance request by calling (678) 839-6311 or email your request to wic@westga.edu. 

Please include the following information with your request.

  1. Employee Name and Department
  2. Contact Information - Phone and Email
  3. Building and Room Number or Area
  4. A detailed description of the issue
  5. Any related attachments. Pictures are welcome!

 

After Hours or Emergency Maintenance

In case of an emergency or after-hours maintenance, please call University Police at (678) 839-6000
