Theresa Kilgore serves as Customer Relations & Training Manager for Auxiliary Services at the University of West Georgia, where she leads marketing and communications strategy supporting campus dining, retail, parking, and other student services. Her work focuses on developing coordinated messaging and campaigns that connect students, faculty, and staff with the resources available to them across campus. Theresa enjoys mentoring student employees and collaborating with campus partners to create engaging initiatives that strengthen awareness, participation, and community at UWG. She also serves as an adjunct instructor teaching Human Communication (COMM 1100). She holds a Master of Professional Communication & Leadership from Georgia Southern University (2025) and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of West Georgia (2023).
