Each month (aside from summer), we honor a student as the UREC Employee of the Month as well as MVP's from each UREC area.

Area Employees of the Month (EOM) For November 2021

Brittney Thomas, WGO EOM: Her leadership over the past month has been paramount as she lead our first overnight trip since the pandemic, s’mores night, and completed inventory in the rental center.

Tyler Roberts Oct Comp Sports EOM

Chante Morgan, Facilities EOM: Chante is a great worker, and people love to work with her. She is always willing to help out and even stayed after an event to help with the clean-up and break down when it wasn’t her responsibility or part of her job duties.

Victoria Andrews Oct Events EOM

Colin Chambers, Events EOM: Colin has been an incredible asset to the team overall, however, recently he has shown exemplary dedication to the team by taking on larger responsibilities within events and managing great customer service. Balancing this level of service while gaining new responsibilities outside of work makes Colin the Events Employee of the Month.

Eden Russell Oct Facilities EOM

Nancy Vu, Marketing EOM: Nancy has dedicated her design skills and talents to the brand of UREC and has been diligently working on ensuring all designs are completed for the spring 2022 semester to set UREC up for success. Nathan is also willing to help with anything outside of his comfort zone and always manages to succeed in it.

Matthew Simpson Oct Marketing EOM

Nick Hickman, Comp Sports EOM: Nick has been an amazing employee to work with in Comp Sports. He is always available and picking up shifts to help work all events he possibly can. Nick brings leadership skills to our programs, and is very knowledgeable with sport rules. When on shift, he interacts with participants and fellow employees to create a fun and enjoyable environment. Nick is very helpful with going above and beyond with Competitive Sports and is an overall rockstar employee.

Trinity Dendy Oct WGO EOM

Tyler Krasnoff, Building Manager EOM: Tyler does an excellent job handling situations on shifts professionally. Tyler always comes into work with a smile and is always helpful to the patrons, pro-staff, and his co-workers.
