Users of the OneUSG Connect system can find helpful job aids within the Knowledge Base of the OneUSG Service Now Portal. These job aids and resources provide information on utilizing OneUSG Connect for:
- Employee Self Service
- Manager Self Service
- Time and Absence
- Position Management
You will need to log into the Service Now system using your normal UWG single sign on credentials. Once you are logged in, click on the Knowledge drop down found in the gray banner at the top of the page. Select OneUSG Connect Knowledge to access the knowledge base.
