The University of West Georgia’s Homecoming Week 2025 roared to life as students, alumni and fans geared up for a high-octane celebration themed around racing and the thrill of the West Georgia 500. Campus transformed into pit row with racing-inspired decorations, spirited competitions and daily events that revved up excitement leading to the big game against Central Arkansas, which the Wolves won 18-17. From decked-out pep rallies to themed tailgates, the week celebrated school pride with the speed and spectacle of a championship race.
The festivities reached top speed at the weekend’s main events, including the Homecoming football game, where the stands were packed with roaring fans. With engines of enthusiasm running at full speed, the community came together to honor tradition, celebrate shared spirit and cross the finish line of another unforgettable Homecoming Week in victory lane.
