Neal has been with UWG since May 2007, first starting in Asset Management as an inventory clerk.  During his 18-month time in this position, he was able to sell over $40,000 in UWG surplus property through Georgia Department of Administrative Services.  He also assisted UWG Risk Management in identifying damaged property needing repair or destruction. 

In January 2009, Neal moved to the UWG Bookstore. He had 5 years of previous university bookstore experience from his years at an independent University of South Florida bookstore in Tampa, FL.  Following 2 years as the receiving coordinator for the bookstore, he went on to become the bookstore's Accounting Assistant starting in January 2011.  He remained in this position supporting UWG Bookstore operations until June 2024. 

In July 2024 the UWG Bookstore became UWG Outfitters and Neal became a SR Accounting Assistant for Campus Services.  He currently supports UWG Outfitters accounting duties as well as other assignments directed through the Director of Campus Services Fiscal Operations.
