Neal has been with the university since May 2007, first starting in Asset Management as an inventory clerk. 

In January 2009, Neal moved to the UWG Bookstore to become the receiving coordinator.  He then went on to become the bookstore's accounting assistant starting in January 2011 and remained in this position until June 2024. 

In July 2024 the UWG Bookstore became UWG Outfitters and Neal became an accounting assistant for Campus Services.
