Rebecca Skumatz is a Manager of Residence Life, overseeing Center Pointe Suites and The Oaks, and providing leadership for our Living Learning Communities (LLCs) and the Resident Housing Association (RHA). With a strong background in housing and residence life, Rebecca has held various roles, including Resident Assistant, Senior Desk Assistant, President of the RHA, and Resident Director, which have given her extensive experience in student development, leadership, and residence hall management.

Rebecca earned her Master’s degree in Education with a focus on College Student Affairs and Counseling from the University of West Georgia in 2022. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida Gulf Coast University (2020). Currently, Rebecca is pursuing her Doctorate in Education with a concentration in Higher Education Administration at the University of West Georgia, further enhancing her expertise in student affairs and higher education.
