Hope Ridley is the Assistant Director of Career Planning and Development in the Office of Career Services at the University of West Georgia. A proud double alumna, she holds both her Bachelor’s (2017) and Master’s (2019) degrees in Psychology from UWG. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Psychology: Consciousness and Society at the University of West Georgia.

Before stepping into her current role, Hope served for two years as a Career Coach within Career Services, where she worked closely with students to foster career readiness and personal growth.

In addition to her work in Career Services, Hope teaches Introduction to Psychology with eCore. With a previous experiential background in mental health, human services, and program management, she is motivated through fostering avenues and building intentional paths centered around empowering students to explore their goals, build confidence, and create meaningful pathways for success with resilience and self-efficacy.
