Hope Ridley is the Assistant Director of Career Planning and Development in the Office of Career Services at the University of West Georgia. A proud double alumna, she holds both her Bachelor’s (2017) and Master’s (2019) degrees in Psychology from UWG. Before stepping into her current role, Hope served for two years as a Career Coach within Career Services, where she worked closely with students to foster career readiness and personal growth.
In addition to her work in Career Services, Hope teaches Introduction to Psychology through eCore and enjoys instructing yearly freshman seminar courses that support students in their transition to college life. With a background in mental health, human services, and program management, she is passionate about empowering students to explore their goals, build confidence, and create meaningful pathways for success.
