With a strong background in IT support and technical problem-solving, Bronson dedicated seven years to Tanner Medical Center, where he gained extensive experience across multiple departments, including Help Desk and Desktop Support. His commitment to professional growth led him to earn a HDI-SCA certification in 2020, solidifying his expertise in customer-focused IT solutions.
